We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Commerce & Data business area. In this role, you'll lead customer delivery projects, collaborate with both customers and technical teams, and ensure successful outcomes for everyone involved.

Your Role

As a Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading customer projects throughout their entire lifecycle, from planning and implementation to successful delivery and continuous development.

You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring transparent communication, managing expectations, and building long-term partnerships based on trust and results.

Working closely with consultants, developers, architects, and business stakeholders, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed scope and quality standards.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead software delivery, implementation, and digital commerce projects from initiation to completion.

• Plan and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

• Coordinate cross-functional and distributed project teams.

• Facilitate project meetings, steering groups, and status reporting.

• Manage project risks, dependencies, and change requests proactively.

• Ensure alignment between project objectives and customer business goals.

• Support continuous improvement of project delivery practices and customer experience.

• Apply modern project management methodologies, including Agile and Scrum where appropriate.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you are a structured and proactive project management professional who enjoys working with both customers and technical experts.

• Several years of experience managing software delivery, implementation, or IT projects.

• Experience working with digital commerce, e-commerce, or enterprise business applications.

• Strong stakeholder management and customer-facing skills.

• Experience managing project budgets, schedules, and financial follow-up.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Experience working with distributed teams and cross-functional collaboration.

• A solution-oriented mindset and the ability to navigate complex environments.

• Fluency in English.

• Fluency in Finnish is considered a strong advantage.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or SAFe.

• Relevant certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
