We design and deliver cloud-based data platforms that turn data into actionable insights — helping our customers optimize operations, stay competitive, and maximize value across digital channels. We are also exploring the possibilities brought by ML and AI solutions. Our work typically centers around Microsoft Azure, Fabric and Snowflake, but above all we focus on bringing together the right technologies, the right expertise, and the right customer challenges to deliver meaningful results.

We’re growing our team with Data Engineer/Architect. In this role, you will work hands-on with modern data platforms while taking ownership of technical solution design and delivery for customer projects and services across industries such as utilities, e-commerce and industrial. You will be involved in building new data solutions for our customers while also evolving and maintaining existing ones. Along the way, you’ll help grow our team’s capabilities by sharing knowledge, mentoring colleagues, and defining how we work with modern data platforms.

Your role

• Design and build modern cloud-based data platforms and pipelines

• Lead technical solution design from requirements to production

• Implement scalable ELT/ETL pipelines, orchestrate and data models

• Define and promote data governance practices, including data quality and lifecycle management

• Act as a bridge between business and technology, translating business needs into data solutions

• Support and mentor cross-functional teams in modern data platform development practices

• Build scalable, reusable data & AI solutions

Tech you may work with

• Azure, Snowflake (AWS/GCP as a plus)

• Data modeling (Data Vault, dimensional)

• PowerBI

• Python, SQL (C# a plus)

• Microsoft Fabric, modern data services, AI & GenAI

What we’re looking for

• Several years of hands-on experience in data projects and solution-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently in customer-facing environments

• Motivation to stay current with modern data and AI technologies

• Strong communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders

• Familiarity with machine learning and AI use cases

• Comfortable working in an international, English-speaking team

• Ability to work with Finnish-speaking customers is highly valued
