Part-Time Worker - Consulting Support & Project Development
The role
Are you curious and motivated to gain hands-on consulting experience while working with complex topics and real customer projects? Do you enjoy problem-solving, structuring information, and bringing clarity to data and analysis?
We are looking for a proactive Part-Time Worker to join our Utilities Consulting team. In this role, you’ll support our consultants in both internal and customer-facing work - from data analysis and market research to developing ways of working. You’ll collaborate closely with experienced professionals and gain insight into one of the most dynamic and rapidly evolving sectors in Finland.
This is an on-site role at our Espoo office, where you’ll be part of a close-knit team that values ownership, learning, and curiosity.
The contract will be fixed-term until the beginning of September, with the option to continue thereafter. The workload is up to 15 hours per week.
About the Utilities Consulting team
Our consulting team helps utility-sector customers digitalize their business, solving business challenges with the help of data analytics, strong project management skills, and deep industry expertise. We are a compact and efficient team with extensive experience in complex IT and transformation projects on the customer side, working independently of system vendors. With us, you’ll join a highly skilled and experienced team.
What you will do
Conduct data analysis in customer projects and internal work
Participate in market research and background studies
Create clear and effective PowerPoint presentations
Compile meeting notes and summaries
Assist in planning workshops and ways of working
Support internal tasks
Help improve internal processes and documentation
Engage with universities to bring fresh insights into our utilities practice
What we expect from you
A proactive and self-driven attitude
Basic knowledge of the utilities sector and its future development (e.g. background in energy, electrical engineering, physics, process technology, or similar)
Ability to work on-site at our Espoo office
Capability to work on multiple tasks or projects simultaneously
Business-proficient Finnish and English, both written and spoken
Basic understanding of machine learning, AI, and data analysis
Flexibility to work varying hours on a weekly basis
Experience with information systems (e.g. CIS, Customer Service Systems, ERP, MDM systems, NIS) is considered an advantage
