We operate across the Nordics in diverse business domains, serving well-established clients in their respective fields. Our expansive portfolio of products and services enables us to support our clients in achieving success, and we are now bolstering our capabilities to enhance customer experience and operational excellence by bringing in new talent to help us grow even further.

Our primary focus is on building robust data foundations and delivering meaningful insights to our client organizations. We transform, model, and integrate data in modern cloud-based platforms, ensuring that the solutions we create serve as information hubs that empower our customers to leverage their data effectively and lead their business with actionable insights. This, in turn, helps our clients optimize both digital and physical channels, stay relevant to their customers, and maximize customer value.

While we adapt to the technologies our clients prefer, our development landscape frequently revolves around the Microsoft Azure ecosystem, utilizing its native tools and Snowflake for data platform solutions.

We are currently looking to expand our team with talented Data Engineers.

The ideal candidate:

• Has 2+ years of experience in data-centric development, such as data warehouse and BI projects, data platforms, analytics development, or data migrations/integrations.
• Delivers results and is able to document and explain the work completed.
• Understands the business impact of data, data modeling, and analytics.
• Is keen to stay up to date with the latest technology trends.
• Is solution-focused with a developer mindset and able to communicate effectively with both the project team and business stakeholders.
• Has SQL proficiency and a solid grasp of relational databases.
• Understands the purpose and development of ETL/ELT data pipelines (e.g. ETL platforms, Azure ADF).

Bonus points for familiarity with the following technologies and areas:

• Data Warehouses
• Data Vault (2.0) concepts and modeling
• Dimensional data modeling and Data marts
• Snowflake Data Cloud
• Public cloud environments (e.g. Azure, AWS, Google)
• Microsoft Fabric
• BI tools such as Power BI, Qlik, Tableau
• High-level programming languages like Python or C#
• AI technologies (e.g. generative AI), advanced analytics
